Two dreams together
Two symbols in one dream is the ordinary shape of a real dream report. These are the pairs where the combination changes the reading rather than simply adding one to another.

Each is written. There is no page for every possible combination, and there is not going to be: at 399 records that would be 79,401 pages assembled out of pages that already exist, which is the thing this site argues against everywhere else.
- A plane going down, and falling yourself
Two aerial dreams that could not be more different, and the thing separating them is not height. It is whether the dreamer has any say in what happens.
- An attic and somebody who has died
A store the dreamer did not fill, and a person who filled it. These two produce one of the gentler dreams in the database, and the object found is usually real.
- Being chased and legs that will not work
The most reported dream there is, paired with the record that explains it. Put together they stop being a dream about a pursuer and become a dream about a sleeping body.

The most reported dream and the emotion most often attached to it. The pairing matters because the feeling turns out to be about the body rather than about the pursuer.

- Flying and realising you are dreaming
The most positively reported experience in the database, and the one most likely to become lucid. The link between them is not a coincidence and it is usable.
- A forest and the sense of being watched
The most consistent eerie pairing in the database, and the reports agree on the part that matters: nothing ever appears.
- Being lost on a road that has changed
The pairing that produces the specific dismay dreamers find hardest to describe: everything is recognisable and none of it is usable.
- A mirror and a face that is not there
Two records about the same failure. Dreams render faces worst of anything, and a mirror is the one place a dreamer insists on looking properly.

A transaction that will not complete, and the reason is not about money. Numbers are one of the two things dreaming cannot hold still.
