Dreaming about looking up at the sky
Is the sky a good way to tell you are dreaming?
The single best reality check there is, because the sky is large, always present, and almost never right.
The characteristic report is wrongness noticed after waking: the wrong colour, two moons, stars in daylight, clouds that do not move or that move far too fast.
Dreamers rarely question it at the time, which is the point. Reduced critical evaluation means an impossible sky raises no objection, and the refusing entry describes why almost nobody objects to anything.
Looking up at all is reported less than one might expect, and dreamers who deliberately practise it report finding far more than they did before. That is the practical instruction in this whole record: form the habit awake, and it turns up asleep.
Where this reads well
The highest-yield check available, and it costs nothing but a glance.
Where it is harder
None.
Worth asking yourself
Did I look up? What was wrong with it? Do I look up when awake?
Dream interpretation is subjective. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a prediction, or medical advice.
