Dreaming that something grows as you watch
What does it mean to dream a plant grows instantly?
Appears occasionally and is described with delight and no objection to the impossibility.
That combination is the reportable part. Dreamers watch something grow at an impossible rate, notice, and are pleased rather than unsettled.
It also puts this in the small exception group: things dreams reliably show in motion. The spreading crack, the unravelling thread, the falling leaves, and this. Dreams give completed states far more readily than changes in progress, so every member of that list is worth collecting.
Why growth is enjoyable when a spreading crack is not is not something the reports settle. The flowers-growing-indoors scenario poses the same open question.
