Dreaming about riding a horse
What does it mean to dream you are riding well?
The reports divide by control, and riding well is the first of three quite different dreams that share this animal.
Dreamers describe ease and cooperation, and frequently mention riding better than they can. That places it with swimming, dancing and jumping in the small over-performing group, against a database otherwise full of physical failure.
Horses appear far out of proportion to modern contact with them, which is the interesting fact about this record. Most people in industrial societies have almost no relationship with horses and they still show up regularly, described with unusual vividness: size, breath, the sound, the sense of something much stronger than the dreamer being close.
That combination of low exposure and high vividness is rare and this file has no explanation for it.
