What does it mean to dream about a fish tank?

The water is cloudy, the tank is too small, nobody has looked after it. Dreamers report guilt rather than unease.
That is the neglected-garden and unkept-house structure: something in the dreamer's care that has been let go while they were not paying attention, producing a low, specific guilt rather than fear.
