Dreaming about a crow that follows you
What does it mean to dream the same bird keeps appearing?
A distinct minority report a single crow that follows or reappears, and those are described with much more significance attached than the group reports.
The reappearance is the content. It is not threatening, does nothing, and dreamers nonetheless describe it as the most meaningful part of the dream.
That is worth logging rather than interpreting. Recurrence within a single dream is unusual, and this database has very little to say about why it produces significance so reliably except that it does.
Where the bird recurs across separate dreams over months, that is the recurring-dream material, and a journal is the only thing that can tell the two apart.
Where this reads well
One of the better things here to keep a long record of, because whether it recurs across nights is answerable.
Where it is harder
Unearned significance is hard to argue with and dreamers frequently build on it.
Worth asking yourself
Was it the same bird? Did it appear more than once in one dream, or across nights? Did it do anything?
Dream interpretation is subjective. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a prediction, or medical advice.
